Maria Raphael Onyia (Ph.D.) is a Walden Scholar of Social Change, a School Growth Strategist, Educational Leadership Consultant, an award-winning Teacher Trainer, a Certified Scrum Master, and a Senior Project Management Specialist.
She is the Group Managing Director of OrgLearning Consult and CEO of Berkley Academy, Lagos; Juilliard Art Magnet Academy Magodo-Lagos; and Drew Philips Tech Magnet Academy, Enugu. She founded the Lift-her Nigeria, Orglearning Foundation, and other projects.
She has a California Teaching Credential in General Education, a Specialist Credential in Special Education, a Master's Degree in Education from National University, Costa Mesa, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from Walden University.
Dr. Maria Onyia is a transformational leader, an educationist of no mean integrity, a child advocate, and a philanthropist of international repute.
OLAYEMI OSISANYA.

Olayemi is a seasoned educator and public administration professional with over 15 years' experience in diverse fields of industry.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in English Studies from Adekunle Ajasin University, Ondo and Master's degree in Public Administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Science and Technology (LAUTECH).
Over the last 10 years, she has functioned in leadership cadre within the education sector, working as Principal, Head of School, Language Arts Tutor, External Examination Examiner in many organisations.
Olayemi brings to bear a rare blend of world-class administrative finesse and cutting-edge educational management skills.
